Cody Fords comments on Kromer actually add context to when Mongo said they didn’t value OL. Everyone assumed he meant individual players, and it sounded crazy considering they’ve signed and extended several. I think he actually meant development, as it sounds like Bobby Johnson was just not a good coach, and the guy he replaced was even worse.

There is ~0% chance that Mongo's comments about the Bills not valuing OL applied to Bobby Johnson.

Bobby Johnson came to the Bills from the Colts, where he was Assistant OL coach.  But before that, he was TE coach in Oakland 2015-2017.  Feliciano was drafted by the Raiders in 2015.  It's not uncommon for backup OLmen to work with the TE, as backup OLmen are often brought in for a TE-like role.

So Feliciano was likely brought to Buffalo by Johnson as one of "his guys", a guy who would be a player coach and support him in the room.  Johnson gave Feliciano his opportunity to start in 2019, developed him as a backup C, and very likely his player evaluations influenced the Bills decision to give him a 3 year contract in 2021.

Feliciano then followed Bobby Johnson to the Giants on a 1 year "prove it" contract to play C.

Why would Mongo do that, if he didn't think Bobby Johnson was a "good coach"?

I don't know what TF Feliciano meant and I kind of don't care.
