They provide resources to those families in WNY who are battling pediatric cancer and struggling financially - it's such a great cause. For some people (not necessarily Knox) it could certainly feel overwhelming to have the burden of feeling like you have to thank fans repeatedly for their generosity while also bearing the weight of grieving for your families loss.
