How to organize the new stadium “Wall of Fame”

I feel like the pegulas are wealthy enough to get a can of paint and a ladder if needed. 
 

and even if the wall is permanent maybe we can just give all our first round picks the disgraced numbers on the wall to reinvigorate them with better associations

OJ wouldn't be on that wall because he rejected giving me an autograph when I was at a Niagara summer BB camp that overlapped Bills TC.
