This would be a clear violation of the “harassment” provision. So far from this story to me it seems like Von Miller was being a prick about the ending of this relationship, not sure it really goes that far into criminality/need for restitution. At the same time while yes when you take pictures of this nature and give them to somebody else you should be prepared for them to get out, it doesn't make someone sharing them any less not okay.
