He's been a vile man since the day he bought the team at age 34. He basically invented the call center which is the 20th century version of office slavery. Long days, low pay, constant monitoring, and no advancement. Turnover to this day is over 40% a year. The guy is known to have zero personality, and a letch around women. The one story that stands out to me was back in the recession of '09 an elderly lady, 72 years old, didn't have the money to pay for her tickets. This scumbag took her to court, sued her, and got awarded a judgement for $66,000 at the end. That's absolutely as low as you can get imo, sueing someone's great grandma out of their last penny while she's already down and out. Screw him and screw the system which did her that way.
