The brass there seem to think their best chance is to shrink the game and not get in many shootouts. Since the less Tua does the better. The Fins don't match up well against what the Bills do best nor Josh with the current roster. They haven't been good vs the Bills when the Bills were bad. Armstead is an excellent tackle. His issue is health.
