I don't think he was a bad player but just not the difference maker he was portrayed to be. Good to just get off his contract and take some minor cap savings. Goes up a lot next year, and this way Star doesn't count anything against next year's cap. Plus Bean said he doesn't like to rely on post June cuts unless he has to.
