Was there a Super Bowl winner on the team last season? Did Sanders win won? At Denver? At Pittsburgh? Bills definitely had a meltdown at the end of the KC game, and I put it on McDermott. But one takeaway from that game is that the team needs some leadership from a proven winner. I mean leadership from Jerry Hughes and Micah Hyde is nice, and Allen is fine, but he's still a kid.
