If the candidate answers "Yes" he's hired. No viable candidate would ever consider that job. I mean, not like any competent hire could turn that dumpster fire around any time soon for at least another couple years. Little to no talent on that team and what little they do have is still likely out the door this off season. About as full rebuild starting this off season as is possible.
