I hope it does well as it would shorten the long NFL offseason with more football. I just think sports fans are mostly creatures of habit. They want football in the fall with the NFL and CFB. After the Super Bowl then the NBA/NHL take over especially during the playoffs. Then spring and summer is MLB's time to have center stage. At the end of summer fans are ready for football again. The USFL Championship game is this Sunday at 7:30 on Fox. Fun fact: the Stars have appeared in every USFL Championship game, winning it twice. There's always someone out there like a Fred Jackson who's willing to grind it out and they eventually make their respective teams/fans very happy.
