White House reveals Tehran’s plan to supply hardware, training for Russian forces

The planned delivery of unmanned aerial vehicles, or UAVs, disclosed by national security adviser Jake Sullivan at a White House briefing, could provide a significant boost to Moscow’s efforts to find and destroy Western-supplied artillery and other weapons systems that have slowed the advance of Russian troops in recent weeks.

Why hasn’t the Russian economy tanked yet? Putin has been preparing for this moment for years

Economists and world leaders believed that combined, the economic impact on the country relegate it to an economic pariah, ensure losses in the billions and perhaps even lead to a wholesale collapse of the country's financial system.

But that’s not quite how it worked out.

Across Russia, signs have emerged that the country is adapting to global economic isolation better than most people anticipated.

Russian businessmen have gobbled up western companies’ operations, like Siberian billionaire Alexander Govor’s purchase of McDonald’s 850 outlets across the country. Russian property developers, like MR Group are opening new shopping malls—simply sans western brands like H&M, Nike and Starbucks.

Sorry to break it to you, but we are winning. Don’t cry too hard

I like winning. I just didn't know we were at war.  Good to know!  I'll start hording nylons and chocolate bars.

STORY: Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Sunday fired the head of the country’s powerful domestic security agency, the SBU, and the top state prosecutor.

That’s because dozens of officials in their agencies were found to be collaborating with Russia in its invasion of Ukraine.

Corruption in Ukraine you say?

It’s not an invasion! It’s a minor incursion, dammit! Your entitled to your own set of facts but not to your own politically correct spin. 😉

First rule of war.  Don't believe your own propaganda.  Lots of dead civilians and soldiers would disagree with your assessment of "winning".  You should talk with some real life Ukrainians like I have such as my sister-in-law and her family along with people from their church we met while volunteering to help with aid packages and donations and get a different perspective than the ain't war great idea.  They also have a lot of insights and opinions of their government which differ greatly from the "democracy" story you're swallowing hook, line, and sinker.  You might want to ask yourself, "what do I really know?".  Not much really.
