They could have used that pick on an interior olineman or a DB. BTW I am a huge UGA fan. Some have. I'm blanking on the name, but during a year when the Bills were horribly hurting for QB.....I guess it was EJM's rookie year? 2013? We started Jeff Tuel and Thad Lewis at QB....anyway we tried to sign a QB from someone's practice squad and he said "Nope, Thanks, I'm Good!" Also it used to be a team could choose to pay a PS player more $$ and I don't think the PS salaries counted against the cap. He probably won't see the field this year but if you have watched Daniel Jones play you'd know that there is most likely going to be a QB competition with the G-men next training camp. He's not guaranteed anything with us next year and I wouldn't doubt we cut him in the off-season. Get paid to be on the 53 man roster as opposed to practice squad money.
