First off, it is a vastly different culture in Buffalo and he bought in. He has had the accolades and has proven himself. He was arguably the best receiver in the league last year. He doesn't needs stats to prove himself anymore. Now he wants the glory and the ring. He knows it will take the whole team to get that. We all saw him standing on the field watching the Chiefs last year. And then they came up one game short. This year he knows his payday is coming. Now it’s about getting to that 21st game.
