Cole Beasley, Tre make NFL Top 100 back to back

Recommended Posts

Will try to find the NFLN video

Tre actually said it is harder to guard Beasley one on one than Diggs. Others were all so effusive in their praise - Diggs and Tre have never, in TC or otherwise, seen him covered one-on-one. Chris Godwin and Justin Simmons also talk about how great Pops Beasley is.

Matthew Slater, Damien Harris, Godwin talk about him. The technician!1

TJ Hoeckenson over Tre and Beas is bunk. At least where they are in their careers right now.

Although, for you fantasy aficionados out there, I do think TJ is in line for a big year.

No way this mouth-breather is better than Tre.

To those saying Tre’s ranked too low… you’re not wrong necessarily, but remember that this list comes out every year and is mainly based on the play of the previous season. If the lists were static and the top 20 or so guys were always the same, it wouldn’t be very interesting. Rankings move around a lot based on specific season-based performance.

With that in mind, as good as Tre is, 2020 was not his best or most impressive season. The top 100 list is very “what have you done for me lately?”.

Bro corey davis is NOT better than cole

Not sure how rankings reflect position, but Cole and Landry are probably the two best slot WRs in the NFL…. Both came in below Davis, an outside WR.

The only other Bills on this list is likely Josh Allen and Diggs … people must think McDermott is a wizard to win 23 regular season games and 3 playoff games and only have 4 people in the top 100. The Cowboys, Patriots and Steelers likely have 6 players each .. oh well show them on game day.

I think Dion Dawkins and Jordan Poyer could be in play. They are both better than Beasley for a start. They are the 4th and 5th best players on the team.
