Any proof on your claim for visitors in summer in CA?

just looking at peak COVID times:

“California’s visitor numbers dropped by about 50% to 140.6 million in 2020, according to Visit California.”

“Despite the pandemic, Florida drew about 80 million visitors in 2020, a 40% decline from the previous year, according to Visit Florida. ” https://www.latimes.com/business/story/2021-07-15/tourism-vacation-florida-california-covid-coronavirus

Assuming an event distribution of visitors in CA that would give them around 35 million in summer.

In 2021.  Not summer 2020

Summer 2021

No one is lining up to go to this dump (CA):

(This is supposedly journalism but yes it was absolutely written by someone cheering for vaccine mandates)

The continued spread of the Delta variant has managed to erase months of progress by causing COVID-19 to surge again—especially among the unvaccinated. Of course, large gatherings make transmission even more likely, which is why some public health departments have enacted regulations that limit the size of crowds or require that anyone in attendance has received their shots. The latest example of this is in Los Angeles, where unvaccinated people will be banned from visiting popular amusement parks, including Six Flags Magic Mountain and Universal Studios Hollywood, when new regulations go into effect early next month.

So you don’t have CA tourism stats from this summer so you have no idea if it’s 30 million or not and you’re just making stuff up?

I have only heard Florida’s number of out of state visitors this summer not California.

Between the fires, lockdowns, protocols, and human feces in the streets, there is no way people were visiting from out of State in any way close to 2019 - the only Google search you get about travel and visits to California is......why you really shouldn't visit California.

So the answer is you don’t know.

We know 2020 when COVID was peak, CA was higher than FL. That was even with the more stringent shut downs than we saw in 2021.

Not just higher but 60.6 million people higher overall in 2020.l all together.

Trump Support Drops 20 Points as Ron DeSantis Surges to Tie in New 2024 Poll

Republican support for former President Donald Trump has quickly declined, leaving him in a virtual tie with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, according to a new poll of 2024 GOP presidential candidates.

The poll was released Wednesday and conducted by GOP pollster Carter Wrenn on behalf of the super PAC of Trump's former national security adviser John Bolton. It found that while Trump still had the support of 26.2 percent of Republican voters, DeSantis was close behind at 25.2 percent. Support for Trump plummeted since a survey in July when he was the top choice for 46 percent of Republicans. Meanwhile, support for DeSantis nearly doubled from 13 percent in July.

Now do Biden's "death toll" vs Trump's.

Thanks.

Third most populous state probably will be in the top 5 in total deaths.

Facts really tell it all, eh?

No sorry...

Not when you get past the deliberate "trick" played on you with the y axis number......which can make the charts seem super scary when they're not.

Florida’s y axis goes to 400.  New York all the way to 1200!  Wow!  What the hell were they doing in NYC letting all that virus spread for so long!

Oh it most certainly does tell a fascinating story that states that encourage vaccinations and masks are doing WAY better than red states.

You have no facts to support whatever BS you are parroting.

I don’t think anyone is debating the efficacy of the vaccine, or whether we should have access to them...the debate is around whether people should have a choice or not whether to take it...

So the premise of your argument is misplaced imo..it’s not about Republican controlled states having big waves of covid because Republicans are denying access to the vaccine...people in those states are simply choosing not to take them as much as left leaning states...

But threatening people is not exactly what I would call encouragement... it’s called threatening people...

And why are people choosing not to get the vaccine?

Where are they getting their information if it’s not from a doctor?

Why is this pandemic so political and who made it this way?

Whats the end game? Needless death?
