Just "click bait".

At least they're on the list. It's hard to rank a top 50. It really depends what players at their positions are ranked higher.

Were the players ranked higher player of the week/ month multiple times in 2020? Impossible.

I saw yesterday that they have defensive lineman Cam Heyward listed higher than Josh Allen.

Heyward is a very good player, no doubt about it. That said, he had 4 sacks and 7 TFLs in 2020. Any system that would rank Heyward higher than a QB (the most important position in the game) that scored 45 TDs and finished second in league MVP voting is clearly absurd.

It can't be a straight 2020 performance ranking. Some injured players are ranked higher.

It's just a top 50 overall, not 2020.

That is correct; the rankings are supposedly based upon how they expect the players to perform in the future.  Of course, they're expecting Josh to regress.

Most people here expect a regression. Not a huge one. They still have him top 7 for QB's.

AJ Brown is a beast.

Fair enough. He's not better than Diggs. And i'd bet money he wont be going forward. Diggs not only has the track record before 2020 but he just got done leading the NFL in in catches and yards while basically taking over 2 different playoff games. Its ridiculous to have Brown ranked ahead of him.

Most people will be wrong.  His decision making, confidence, and leadership will only grow.  PFF are still clinging to their (last) hope that Josh's 2020 was an anomaly.

Different offenses. Brown might be the best run after catch WR in the NFL.
