Now THIS is an absolutely gorgeous house! Way nicer than the one Josh was rumored to have purchased. Props to the Pecas for having great taste.

Agreed, all it's missing is a pool.

I agree that it's a gorgeous house. I guess these means he won't be rejoining the Sabres as a coach anytime soon.

No.  My house is worth 1/10 of that and I pay 1/5 of what what the Pecca's...

The rich are getting off cheap.

Look at it again - it's $2516 per month.

And "Cadillac Services" in Clarence.

I love paying taxes but it’s the $140/HOA fee that would break the bank for me.

In addition to a pool I’d want a covered outdoor living area. The fireplace back there comes up short for me. I’ll pass….

I think the school taxes alone were $18k/year. That’s some good education! Where we live on my next birthday the school board portion of my property tax goes away, saving about 2/3 of the tax bill.

It’s nice to see that money bought good taste in this instance. Beautiful home - but I’d still want the outdoor living space. Plenty of space to add on.

I understand the importance of outdoor living space, but how much pool time would you get in Clarence on an annual basis?
