Are you claiming that the entire judicial system, prosecutors, judges, etc. is owned by the Democratic Party? Just a perverse mindset on the part of Dems that common criminals should be coddled while their political enemies and / or generally law abiding non minority citizens should have “ the book” thrown at them.
