Nothing really but a lot to do with liberal/left ideals.

Now let’s turn the tables. What does racism, for example, have to do with the Republican Party?

What?.. democrat leaders embrace and politicize these ideals, c'mon now.

Now you sound like that empty shell you're communicating with.

I've never heard of CRT. Sounds like a hobgoblin created to get people like you to donate more money to Trump and his ilk.

Do you trust black people?

While I generally disagree with your conclusions its clear you're very well informed of events so I am 100% certain you are aware of critical race theory.  And you are feigning ignorance of the subject because my argument has you boxed into a corner and unwilling to admit the truth.  The truth being CRT believers judge people by their skin color and CRT believers and advocates are Democrats.

I'll wager a year's pay there is no school board, academic organization, or other organization either public or private that is pushing CRT that is not controlled or significantly influenced or pressured by members of the Democratic party.

Welcome, brother of Rhino. The fashionably designed fake news has once again grabbed the American political system.

The public has discovered if somebody tells you enough times that shtt tastes good they will eat it.

While I get fed up listening to AOC and the extreme left, this kind of drivel makes it impossible to support the right.

You should have no trouble supporting the Right or the Left...It’s just the extremes on BOTH sides that gets a society into trouble...right now, our country is heading down the very dangerous path of extremism, in the name of “equity”...and our education system has done an excellent job in making sure that people don’t see it...

I’m glad the man also called the cops Communists, at the end, and not just Nazis...Because both Nazis AND Communists operate under a form of socialism...And, because of this, both usually use similar tactics- one of which, is not respecting freedom of religion (as we see with the Muslims in China)...

So are you arguing that the Democratic Party is a threat to you as a white person?

You are afraid of the Democratic Party having power, correct?

And freedom from religion is important, too.

Did you get taught a lot about about human evolution in school? I didn’t, and I attended public school. That’s how pervasive religious indoctrination is.

I have been trying to avoid your nonsense but I can't let this go.  I am probably as old as you if not older and evolution was most certainly discussed in high school biology.  In fact we had a very strong local religious community and this was still discussed.  Perhaps you were absent on the days evolution was discussed?  The Scopes Trial was discussed in social studies along with Darwin.  Even if you went to a parochial school those things would have been mentioned but with a warning not to believe them.  But still you would have heard of them.  Having talked to Mennonites I know that their education is extremely shallow.  Are you or were you a Mennonite?  Is your computer hidden out in the horse stable?  You in the past were never around much on Sundays here?  Are you being shunned at present?

Discussed in passing, but nothing at all in detail. I also asked a few young relatives, and they are good students but say human evolution is something that is barely gone over in schools.

Such an important topic, who we are and where we come from. But educational just barely touches on it.

I also know people who think it’s a lie. Hoax. Fake news, ya know

More than just in passing if you were paying attention.  I remember biology which was taught sophomore year in high school.  At least a week was discussed on Mendel and Darwin which was a lot given the ground that had to be covered.  The definition of life had to be covered as to lower class organisms such as amoebas.  Plant and animal kingdoms with subclasses including mammals.  Reproduction for both plants and animals.  There would not have been time to give evolution more than a week then.  If you wanted more then you needed to proceed onto college to learn about it.

This is proof that religion is not more than the state....thank goodness

No,   it is proof that The State (sadly) is considered more important than individuals, by far too many.

Well, there are two forms of equality- (1) equality of opportunity (which is an immensely desirable thing to strive for), and (2) equality of outcome (better known as equity, which is a very UNDESIRABLE thing to strive for imo).

The reason equality of opportunity is so much more desirable is that it allows a society to maximize its talents for the betterment of everyone.

The reason equality of outcome (equity) is so undesirable is because (1) not everyone wants the same thing, and (2) not everyone has the same interests or skills...and so, to produce an equality of outcome the state would be required to use totalitarian force to make people do and have the same outcome...

This has already been tried several times over the last century, and with disastrous conclusions...People who have fled nations such as the former Soviet Union and Cuba have repeatedly said that what we are witnessing in America now, with racial and gender quotas, censorship, an attack on individual liberty, and destroying those who disagree with the state, is exactly why they fled those countries...so, it’s not good...and again, the public schools don’t teach this for obvious reasons...

Not the state my friend  but your neighbors, fellow workers, other citizens, nurses, doctors etc. The only 2 people who benefit from this activity is the preacher who wants money and the undertaker who wants money. The preacher gets it twice, once at church and then for the funeral.

i mention this a few times on this board but i grew up on buffalos east side, attended inner city schools and was a lifelong Democrat. ive been a minority in countless situations and have been in fights more times then i can count simply due to the color of my skin. racists are simply people that want to judge, segragate and attack others as a group and avoid treating people as individuals. so i litteraly fought against racists and am now told i am the racist simply by my skin? yeah, not happening. also not confused by the new packaging it is in. ill just keep fighting i guess.

there are good people and bad people in every community. although ive faced bigotry i also have made a tons of friendships with people from every walk of life, culture and background. not aquintances or coworkers. true childhood lasting friendships where our families come together in both celebrations and tragedies.

the people most susceptible to this CRT garbage are mostly the ones who grew up in segragated communities. this society had better realise how destructive it is and how it has been used in the past. judging others on the content of character and not color of skin will always be the standard i live by. equality by bringing those up, not pushing people down.

but wait, i have been privlaged all my life without knowing it.

white privlage. where was it?

this mystical unseen force was not around to pay my wages when the only companies that accepted me were low.

nowhere in keeping me out of dealings with police, fyi a young white persons only reason to drive in MY NEIGHBORHOOD is to buy drugs..i guess, so i was MORE of a target.

nowhere to give me some extra white help when i finally got tired of looking in the (general) section of the job listings and changed those searches by attending and completing college. fyi there are alot of grants for specific people that i could not apply for.

nowhere to be found for this generational wealth that was to be inherited to me from divorced parents who had hard enough time keeping a roof over my head.

if you have benefitted from this privalege commodity and feel guilty, by all means give it away to someone who has not. i started from nothing and their twitter/message board rantings about how everyone with my skin is well off is pretty boastful and self indulgent. why are they condemning others as they type on a high priced phones or computers in a nice house with the very wealth they claim was not earned. i wish they would just give it all to someone who did not have this advantage and relieve themselves. alot of talking and condemning but not alot of becoming the positive change they ask of others.

The whole point of the thread is really stupid. Dems are racist? Really? Last I checked they were the most diverse party ever. Who are they racist against?

Are you defending the original post, or just hating on me because I’m a Democrat?

Having a diverse party just means more votes for them in more demographics

It doesn't mean that the people at the top aren't racist.. they like to use people.. like people from all parties

What I think or feel is not relevant.  Only the facts are.  And the facts are CRT advocates judge people by their skin color.  Its all written down in their theory.  Its no secret and it requires no interpretation.  Once again its not my opinion or view its a fact.  Just read the stuff.  And probability suggests that almost 100% of the advocates are members or supporters of Democratic candidates and the party.  This will likely be my last response here.

I agree.  Both sides are manipulative to voters.  Trump is a perfect example, so was LBJ.

This is a politics board, so I’m asking you if you think the Democratic Party is a threat to you. You seem to be suggesting something like that. And you are making it clear that’s its the black participation in the Democratic Party that is threatenin* to you.
