Yet the reports list the wind gusts as 30MPH. Are those actually high in that part of the world? Taking soundings (depth readings, as you probably know) for dredging operations on the Eastern Great Lakes, also QA for construction on the Presque Isle erosion control project in late 1980s/early 1990s. Yes "depth" is my game. Yes... Dredge operations and construction, soundings is my lane, believe it or not! 😃😊 Digging and measuring... They said 200,000 tons, those gotta be loads, loaded containers. . So I would imagine there's no ballast? I think I read it was going North to Amsterdam. Coming from the Pacific Rim, right?
