H.R. 1 And The Fight For Voting Rights -- We The People!

They took away drop boxes because they were the vehicle for the fraudulent paper ballots cranked out by Democratic Party leading up to the election. They were an unnecessary concession to Dems with the excuse being the pandemic made voting in person “ unsafe” lol. When you consider that about 40k votes ( likely unverified paper ballots) in Georgia and Wisconsin put the lunatic fringe left in power, it’s understandable that election security is a huge issue. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was at least attempted electronic manipulation by the Democrat party, but I’m certain that tens of thousands of illegitimate paper ballots were counted for Biden. The scheme was obvious as Democrat Governors were very early to implement mass mailing of unrequested ballots , and then backed legal maneuvers to remove all verification and checks on paper ballots. Then the media blitz afterward calling the fraud the “ big lie”. Though they were stunned that 70+ million voters didn’t fall for it and voted for Trump ( mostly in person) , they quickly chalked it up to unprecedented “ turnout”. In reality, it was unprecedented manipulation of many States voting systems and unheard of amounts of phony ballots being counted as they couldn’t be verified. Unsurprisingly, the Dems now want unconstitutional federal takeover of elections and to permanently allow ballot stuffing through mass unverified paper ballots. They hate America, hate the Constitution and hate people that work hard. They now pander exclusively to illegals, criminals, and woke Caucasians that hate themselves and wish they lived in socialist countries.

That quote was already proven to be a lie , but again once the media repeats their propaganda often enough it becomes accepted as truth. They retract months later when the damage is done and the retraction is easily forgotten.

They recorded the phone call.  What retraction?  Jesus.

He is referring to Trumps call with Frances Watson, the lead investigator in Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office.

On December 23 Trump encouraged her to look for voter fraud in specific counties, telling her "when the right answer comes out, you'll be praised."

The Post put out a correction but the truth is - Trump shouldn’t be calling any election official pressuring them to do anything.

More than 100 chief executives and corporate leaders gathered online Saturday to discuss taking new action to combat the controversial state voting bills being considered across the country, including the one recently signed into law in Georgia.

Executives from major airlines, retailers and manufacturers — plus at least one NFL owner — talked about potential ways to show they opposed the controversial legislation, including by halting donations to politicians who support the bills and even delaying investments in states that pass the restrictive measures, according to four people who were on the call, including one of the organizers, Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, a Yale management professor.

I was talking about this leaked tape by Georgia's SOS and the statement Trump makes at the 38:18 mark.

No.  It's Trump.  He lives inside all political operatives heads and the Georgia GOP is rewarding bad behavior.  The bill has everything to do with Trump saying the results in Georgia were rigged in various ways (my favorite through one of his lawyers saying that communists throughout the world rigged the voting machines through an algorithm).  The immense push back has everything to do with Trump refusing to accept the results.  I think it would be naive to think otherwise as the GOP was put under a microscope after the election.  As far as the bill itself, I don't like that they took away the drop boxes (why?) but other than that there's nothing really wrong with it.

that could be the case for many but you cant just write off the factors i stated. there are historic, never seen before numbers of illegal aliens pouring into this country and democrats dont seem to mind..period. certain states say yes please come we will protect you..promoting it further. regardless of trump i promise regular people want secure elections due to this..it has zero to do with trump or software.

im glad your rational enough to not fall for the full on board propaganda "on steriods and such". but both sides have their zealots and that will never change.

if you have a problem with the drop boxes #'s. thats perfectly fine. i heard you can vote absentee no questions asked. thats basically a solution to any dropbox issue but it requires standards to be secure. if you, the democrats or anyone in community think the standards are restrictive or too high there is NOTHING stopping anyone from having campaign drives, fundraisers or outreach programs to help those achieve the standards such as IDs. instead there are threats, corporate interventions and inflated toxic accusations. this is from the self proclaimed, great uniter.

you can litterally start right now. why is the solution always lower expectations and lower standards. instead of lets raise up communities to achieve them. dont have a id lets get you one and now you can also use it from other things your "restricted" from.

this would be different if the hurdles were completely unreasonable asks. you can't look at the bill honestly and say that's true.

without any bias involved i want secure elections..and could care less if trump anywhere near them. i want a standard that cannot be argued over and litigated EVERY 4 years...and yes the democrats routinely declare voter fraud as well. 2016 russia anyone? so in order for this to end there has to be COMPROMISE. maybe the republicans need to sit back at the table to fine tune things, but that was not in any democrat response. just a overblown overreaction which is all we can ever expect from american politics and the loudest folks on any website.

And BTW those bitching about Drop Boxes?  You do realize there a ***** loads of "drop boxes" for people to drop off their ballots right?  They are more commonly known as mailboxes and there are 327 in ATL.   So to those of you calling this Bill racist or Jim Crow on steroids?  Stop inventing boogeymen.

The arms race for democrats to federalize and control future outcomes, vs republicans to obstruct vote harvesting to control future outcomes rages under the false narrative of racism vs fraud.

Minority rules bro - it’s the American way!!

PS - you are delusional if you think the GOPigs are trying to just curb harvesting - they are baking in ways to find those 11,000 votes.

The Republic was set up to avoid the tyranny of the majority. balance of power is the only way to keep your loony party and it’s opponent from doing whatever they want and rigging the system for control.

PS harvesting is the democratic way bro. The Blue wave was crafted from the welfare rolls and the homeless and pandemic mail in policy. Knocking on doors collecting signatures on preprinted ballots. Why else would they be pissing and whining about IDs, Dropboxes and signatures. Lazy loves some democratic redistribution man!!! Republicans are stuck in the Stone Age on social issues, but they get off their ass to do things they consider important.

you seriously can’t be this naive.

You don’t think all Americans should have the right to vote? Welfare and homeless don’t qualify?

Amazing we have a political party that is so out of touch w the electorate they would rather limit voting than adapt their antiquated platform.

I didn’t assert any such opinion. I’m just trying to help you understand the motives of the two cults. It’s all about winning elections. That’s all any of this is about.
