Doesn't it seem like the events of January 6th were serious enough to warrant such an investigation? 2.) The charge of “seditious conspiracy” requires prosecutors to prove that at least two people conspired to use force to overthrow the government, oppose its authority or subvert the execution of a U.S. law. Because it’s patently unreasonable and wholly partisan behavior to suggest that in addition to selecting their own members to the committee, the party in power gets to choose the members on the other side as well.
