Given the windy conditions, neither QB played an outstanding game, but Allen got it done when he needed it and Jackson didn't. Allen threw a TD to Diggs and Jackson threw a pick 6 to Taron Johnson. I think it was a pretty reasonable assessment of the Ravens situation. They are definitely lacking in some offensive areas .. and to imply Jackson can get better at 24 should not be an extreme position for fans of a player who has steadily progressed.
