Big Turk Posted January 10, 2021 Share Posted January 10, 2021 (edited) Looks like there is good potential for Lake Effect snow in the Forecast Discussion on NOAA Buffalo for Sunday after a frontal passage on late Saturday/early Sunday... The popularity of NFL has increased a lot over the past 10 years.. particularly with the younger crowd... One theory I have is that its a great betting sport and Aussies are pretty crazy gamblers.. so as sports gambling is now pretty prevalent in all bars than this has helped increase the interest.. People - snow IS NOT detrimental to a passing game unless it’s heavy like the 2017 Indy game. Think of all the Jim Kelly playoff games. As far as timing there isn't but as far as having a general idea of what is going to happen especially when multiple models agree there is. And anyone growing up in Buffalo knows there is no point to check the weather until 2 hours before kickoff and then again at half-time.
