They agreed to slow drip everything over the course of 6 months. Because if they told you everything which wouldn't have made any difference, you would have had a lot more to worry about then lack of toilet paper. At least initially. Then we got real data and an empty ship in NYC. By June 1 we all knew the risks, who was most at risk. They needed more justification for what they did. They need more right now.
