Dwayne Haskins "Private Birthday Party for Girlfriend" (featuring large handfuls of cash, but not a strip club) [edited title]

i always thought haskins was a stud when he was coming up at OSU.  then i saw him at the combine, he frankly looked flabby for a young soon to be pro athlete.  i get the impression he just isn't a work out warrior or a hard working guy.

drew bledsoe was born with near maximum qb talent (except he just couldn't run) and he was a student of the game coming into the NFL, but after a few years in he coasted a bit.  Brady was the film rat and gym rat even though he was less talented than Drew, and based on brady's dedication to the game corch bill made him the man and traded away drew.  if bledsoe can be run out of town for not quite working as much as he should have, i imagine haskins is gonna be filling out UPS applications.

The headlines keep reading Haskins maskless at a strip club. Which is irresponsible when you are currently the starting QB (Alex Smith, out). But lets be honest, if you bring 4 of them back to your hotel and have mimosas in the morning, you have most definitely crossed the line from stripper to escort.

Also, can we talk about the fact that he gave them all his own t-shirts/jerserys? Does the dude just travel with his own merch to give out to hookers?

Why the hell do you care what Dwayne Haskins is doing?  Unless you are jealous that he has more women around him, then you have around you?  The guy is probably around 23 or 24.  Do you really think many young adults take any of this Covid stuff seriously?  Most young people are not wearing masks when partying amongst themselves.  Its just not going to happen.  Young people live in their own bubble of life.  It was like that when I was young 30+ years ago, it still is today.  And it will be like that for the forseeable future.  That is just how it is.

Trying to dig up that "bombshell" Washington Post article from this summer. But yeah, in it they talk about "strange women" being on the flights and on the team's payroll.

That wont get him in "woke" trouble, as you call it. If the women were willing, consenting, adult sex-workers, then nothing too "un-woke" about it. Unlike the sexual harassment of the women who were legitimately trying to work in that hellhole of an office.

If the owners havent forced him out already, it looks like they never will.

I recall the stories about "strange" women the the plane but that is a huge leap to assume they were prostitutes.  And it is one thing to have a woman on your plane, and a totally different thing if she is on the NFL payroll and "servicing ' members of the Redskin organization for pay.  And no, if they were doing that and were travelling that would be a Federal violation of the Mann Act enacted to stop slave trafficking, unless of course they just stayed within one state (highly unlikely they did).

And I dont know what the definition of "woke" is anymore but if the NFL cares at all about "protecting the shield" and image, there is no way Snyder should be able to maintain ownership.

Seems to me unless more comes out on Snyder he will probably survive.  Lets see how they punish Haskins for just going to a strip club.

And to the OP, hate to tell you this but just because they are strippers does not mane they are automatically "hookers".

That is all good if nobody relies on you. But a multi billion $ franchise does. It’s part of being a #1 draft choice and the expected face of the franchise. He was a PR disaster before the draft both in his over hyped play and his family talking smack about several potential teams drafting him. Hope he had a good time. He will be out of this league before Brady hangs it up.

We all pay for sex, one way or another.

When I was a young punk, I had this 50-something year old Italian manager who took care of himself and was really chill to work for. We worked our tails off for the man, but he also turned a blind eye to a ton of stupid things we did to entertain ourselves on the job. One day he got off the phone looking worn out and exhausted and he confided in me that his wife was divorcing him.... #2 or 3 apparently.

He then told me, "Never get married son, it's easier to just find a woman you'll hate and buy her a house."

Many years ago, but still funny when I think back 😅

He’ll probably be out of the NFL soon.. didn’t like him coming out.. But I do understand the temptation here.. Who hasn’t thought with their wrong head in the past? When I was 23-24, shoot.. I was in the bars every other Friday night too.. Needs to settle down with one girl.. Gotta look past just the sexual element with women.. they’re more than just TnA.. Should learn to care about women for who they are as people otherwise you can get in big trouble.. Losing 75% of what you own... child support..

I don't really care he went to a strip club, but its just more evidence that this guy doesn't get it.

He got benched after week 4 for KYLE ALLEN. Demoted to 3rd string. Finally gets another chance, plays poorly against one of the worst defenses in the league. Goes to a strip club during a pandemic, knowing his HC had cancer at the start of this year, and the team is in a playoff run.

He just isn't ready to lead a team. If he on the roster start of next TC I'll be surprised

And not for nothing these girls are fairly average looking. I guess I would expect a professional athlete to be able to pull down better girls than this. But I guess during a pandemic the A-list girls maybe are staying home?

the girls on the couch are pretty.

what are you talking about ?

Probably going to cut Haskins or trade him.

If he was really playing well he would get a quick scolding and it would be forgotten. The new regime RR doesn’t like his play. His lack of leadership is obvious. He won’t be a skin next year. Or even on WFT.

You can hurt your team by getting Covid and spreading it and thus you and other teammates can miss games. In addition you can get the virus be fine yourself but spread it to people more vulnerable. I am sure there are older coaches and older staff on the team that he could literally kill. Also we don't know the long term effects of this virus. Just because you don't die doesn't mean there can't be long term consequences. My mother got the virus in April and she hasn't had the same level of energy since despite not having any underlying health issues and a fairly healthy lifestyle.

It's disrespectful to everyone.  The coaches, the players, the fans, ownership, whatever.  Certainly not the actions of someone who should be a leader in the organization.

Even in the middle of a playoff race, I'd roll with the 3rd stringer and the PS guy.  I'm not sure I'd release him - but he's on reserve covid and banned from facilities til next season.  Probably suspend him - that way he loses money too.

Not if they filmed it.  Then they are actresses.

Please Belicjek, get your ego involved and see if you can rehab Haskins.

To Belicheks credit, he always listed intelligence & effort as his key of the key traits to a successful football player, i don think haskins has very much of either..
