MAJ, I'm with you here except I'd go LB, CB, TE. Zaven Collins next to Edmunds will probably have the two biggest, fastest LBs in the NFL. Levi is adequate but could use an upgrade. Kenny Yeboah or Charlie Kolar in the 3rd.  Edge is a need too. Chris Rumph is a sleeper.

Bosa was killing Dawkins too. Wouldn't releasing Morse help cap? Use Morse money on Williams

Then who plays center? Feliciano? Then you need a guard too? And if you start Ford coming off injury and Boettger who isn’t very proven, where’s your depth?

Also, I think left tackle is important because of the blindside aspect.

But I think with the amount of teams trying to run pressure through the middle, guard is an underrated position.

1.  Matt Milano - I know people think he's injury-prone, but this defense is so much better when he's in the lineup.

2.  Daryl Williams - It was hard to choose between the two O-Line starters, but it seems tougher to find tackles than guards.

3.  Jon Feliciano - See above, although I would really hate to see him go.

4.  Andre Roberts - He has shown his value as a returner this year.

5.  Isaiah McKenzie - Fun gadget guy that I would like to keep around.

Draft Priorities (assuming we can sign the guys above):

1.  CB2

2.  Edge Rusher

3.  Tight End

4.  Linebacker Depth

5.  Running Back (speed guy)

With My Idea

LT - Dawkins

LG - Ford

C - Feliciano or Bates

RG - Boettger or Bates

RT - Williams

Depth:

Bates (if he doesnt win a spot in Starting lineup) - Plays all 5 positions

Trey Adams - OT

Devey - OG

Harrison - OG/C (started in this league)

Harrell - OG

Dreams are free I guess...

I called Spains Number perfect, and InCognitos number perfect as well.  I am pretty good at nailing the number on re-signing price

I was leading the parade for re-signing Milano.  I still prefer we do but your last sentence makes sense.

Draft a guy on day two who is a coverage linebacker who probably fell because he's not very good in run support.  This guy will be a "3rd down" specialist.

I would prefer we re-sign him as well. But we don't know the cap situation next year, or going forward for that matter, if the NFL decides to average some things out. If I HAAAAD to pick, I would rather bite on the OL and look for a physio freak to see if we can use in coverage. If Klien had not stepped up recently, I may feel better.

I do think there is a chance we can get Milano on a year or two prove it deal.

Maybe a 1M off and go up to 9M, but based on comparables and a depressed market I think I am pretty spot on.

Appreciate the market will be down but I think he has been tremendous this year. ..

I'll say minimum $10M a year.. $40M for 4 years half guaranteed...maybe even higher...

Ill put a caveat in there - thats subject to him testing the market.. maybe he loves it here and takes less to stay like Spain did last year without going to the market...

I would have a hard time letting Williams go.

Feliciano can replace Morse at a discount.

Milano is the tough one.  His coverage skills and playmaking will be hard to replace.  Hopefully we can afford to keep him on a team friendly shorter term deal.

They have 3 linemen on the practice squad for guard depth. Yes, I'd go Dawkins, Boettger, Mongo, Ford, Williams. Depth players- Nsekhe, Bates(tackles). All of those practice squad players were poached from other teams so they have prior NFL experience. Morse concussion problem and pay is concerning. He's not as stout at center. Jmo

The one thin g to me is kind of scary is the Bills only have 40 players signed to a contract for next season.  Considering they now have very good strong team counting on more than 4 to 5 draft picks to make he 53 is risky so that means they need to sign at least 10 replacements.  While I agree the 3 mentioned above makes alot of sense, they will need to do some serious out right cuts or pay cuts.

Cut Brown, Butler, Morse, and Addison frees up around $25 mil

Dane Jackson has looked very good, but two years ago all the talk was how Levi Wallace was the answer and also the Un drafted WR we had, can't recall his name.  So I'm a little skeptical of saying he's the answer with such limited playing time.

To me biggest needs are LB and CB particularly if they don't resign Milano.

He's probably going to want that raise this offseason, after putting up a career season and helping Josh Allen get there too.

What?  Hes under contract til 2023 and we moved up some money for him so I dont think hes gonna make that type of noise at all.

I think we can sign all three (see Gregg Tompsett's breakdowns, he nailed the Tre and Dawkins contracts, on multiple pod casts) but if told to prioritize

Milano (Critical to defense would make it incentive laden)

Williams (Tackles is the most important position of the 3)

Feliciano (Guards are the least valued position, though I love him).

Wouldn't you want to protect your QB with bookend tackles? Bills showed they can win without Milano/Feliciano. Williams is a right tackle and the price tag for a RT differs from a LT. Would like to keep Feliciano/Milano, but can live without them.

We need to upgrade the offensive line, not backslide.

The valuable thing about Feliciano is that "positional flexibility" the Bills cherish at OL.  He's the "Honey Badger" of our offensive line, Center, LG, RG.  He Don't Care.   Morse is a good center, but he's also one whack away from a week or more off (or retirement) on every snap.  As far as Williams, he looks like the solution we've been seeking for years at RT, so I'm in favor of trying our best to keep him.

I'm sure they want to keep Milano, but that's going to depend upon 1) what he wants 2) what other people offer him.

Cut Brown?  Smoke Brown?  No way.  He elevates this offense.  And the continuity would be nice.

Cut Norman, Morse, Murphy (technically I guess it is not re-signing him).  Keep Addison, maybe jettison Butler.

And yes, Dane Jackson has looked good but don't forget Gaines is due back and I thought he would be the starter (while he was healthy of course).

Sign:  Mongo, Williams, then Milano.  It's  possible.  Draft another D lineman, another O lineman, and maybe a TE or CB for the pipeline.  Keep  this team rolling.

You gotta keep Brown for one more year...

You cant guarantee that you can replace that speed, and they need weapons to go head to head with KC..

The only way I see him returning is if he agrees to a big pay cut.

Agree the speed is needed, but can you guarantee he will still have his speed next year?  Lots been written how 30 plus YO WR with  knee and leg issues often lose a bit of their speed.  Can't see keeping Davis as the #4 WR  when you only go 4 wide less than 30% of the time.  Sign a mid level FA who is a burner for less money to replace unless he takes the pay cut.

Really?? In only three games this years he's had more than 4 catches, so how much has he really elevated?  They have a lot of upcoming FA that are playing actively in games and contributing that will need to replace.  WR is the one deep position the team has.

Lets see how he looks when he comes back in a week or two... Im quitely confident that he can add another dimension to an O that has been pumping these last few weeks without him...

He may agree to drop $1M to $1.5M next year as I doubt he good get much more than $6M on the open market...

Wish Morse was built more like Eric Wood.  Something comforting about a C that can take on 325 pound nose tackles with minimal help.  This Morse is a bit slight and that hurts our running game.  Do we let him go? Move Feliciano to C, and draft a stud guard [Cody can't stay healthy and might cost too much].
