Diggs has been a boost to Allen but he isn't exactly working with elite playmakers......there's no Tyreke Hill or Travis Kelce type on this roster. Probably the only time in his career he'll ever have a chance at it, but I hope I'm wrong and that it's a sign of how he's going to play at MLB going forward. In total, Allen has won the award four times in his three-year career, however, this is the first time he has against a team not named the Dolphins. The other three times came against Buffalo’s AFC East foe. The most recent time was a few months ago after their Week 2 meeting in 2020. The only other player to win the award twice so far in 2020 is Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. In Week 9’s outing, Allen was 31-for-38 passing for 415 yards. He was the whipping boy last season. Id love for Josh to just mature another year or two under him. I want him to get to the point in his career where his confidence and understanding of defenses is 100% established.
