This dude ran a 4.98 40 at nearly 300 LBs.

can you image how quickly he could tear through the buffet?

incredible

And then he blew out his quad late last year which is a 2-year injury for a younger player - his explosiveness is sapped.

Pass. He’s another Jordan Phillips—for all his size and athleticism he’s a lousy run defender.

PFR has Worley allowing a passer rating of 154 this year 😲

Not sayin he’s great, but did he fit that defense? In all retrospect the Bills didn’t keep Gilmore because he didn’t really fit the defensive scheme

Poe would help the middle of the DL. He’s older but was solid for panthers last season, played for our current DL coach Eric Washington last couple seasons (he replaced Star there)

So basically we should start welcoming him to Buffalo?

Is this what happens when you post a non-zinger?

It sounds like the perfect acquisition on paper but then again, Dallas has one of the worst defenses in the league and they are releasing these players.  So there has to be a reason why

Cases like these are not always necessarily performance involved.  The Cowboys are basically blowing it all up, it seems.  They have a bunch of older, pricey vets...purge them, and let the younger guys get some play time.

I recall him being a very good player at one time, not so long ago. He would fill a big need, and if he sucks, he wouldn't cost us much. Sometimes, an older vet with something to prove, can be a valuable asset.  The Bills want to make a move this year, toward building a winner...we have a lot of talent, but are missing some pieces.  I just don't see the harm in giving a guy like him a shot...unless they determine his skills have dropped so much.
