They need Phillips and Oliver to improve, get Star back next year, and draft a couple edge players. If Phillips and Oliver are busts it will be very hard to fix the defense in one off-season. This assumes Edmunds is still their chosen one at MLB. Another guy that knows more than Lorax. Our LBs looked really good before injuries in the Jets game. The thing that is missing is Star. LABILLBACKER Posted October 18, 2020 Share Posted October 18, 2020 Considering we really only have 2 LB's on this team and they've been injured 50% of the season, we're already at a disadvantage. Our LB depth is awful and pretending Taron is a LB in this weak 4-2-5 is a joke. Obviously our new DL guys have disappointed.
