Not sure if they’ll be as active this year. That said the Bears are 4-1 so we can put the Mack trade talk to bed until the offseason probably. It is possible a team looking to do a rebuild and when discarding a high priced QB may also get rid of other players to make room to absorb the hit so Lewis is possible but it will be very hard for Atlanta to do that with Dead Cap and hard for Bills to absorb salary especially next year. Jeesh, where do I get that, my bad, another reason not to post before coffee. Those base salaries look less than what was being discussed for the low end for Milano. The early results aren’t good for Matt. Hopefully Edmunds looks like who we thought he could be by end of the season. Pair him with a rookie drafted early next year. TheBrownBear Posted October 12, 2020 Share Posted October 12, 2020 Falcons Tak McKinley is someone I'd look at. Atlanta declined his 5th year option and he's been battling a nagging groin injury. They'd probably give him up for next to nothing. Bring him in, let him heal up and learn the system for a couple of weeks, and then use the rest of the season as an extended audition.
