The only point worth discussing is whether or not the senate confirms.

Your people will try to destroy her, probably by attacking her family.  They would try to destroy her now, or, should Trump prevail in November, then.   If it wasn’t her, it would have been someone else, with the same applicable rules.

The better discussion point is RBGs miscalculation on her own staying power.

She’s going to be confirmed.

Ms Barrett, do you believe cancelling health care for 20 millions living humans is a pro-life thing to do?

Morning Tibs

Not sure where you just went just now but I can assure you that I am not the Chef.

Ok! So you seriously think a constitutional issue isn’t in The preview of the court? Huh?

Agree! The Left should be furious at RBG, Hilary, Comey and an entire host of MSM pundits who walked them straight into their current circumstances. But...all of those folks were 100% sure that Hilary would win. She didn’t!

Let me ask McConnell. Stand by

In November 2013, the then-Democratic Senate majority eliminated the filibuster for executive branch nominees and judicial nominees except for Supreme Court nominees, invoking the so-called nuclear option. In April 2017, the Republican Senate majority applied the nuclear option to Supreme Court nominations as well, enabling the nomination of Trump nominee Neil Gorsuch to proceed to a vote.

Lol, who else should we be mad at? You guys are on the verge of possibly losing the executive and the legislative branches, you mad at anyone?

Ms Barrett, can an elected official in a position of authority be held accountable in civil court for lying during a public health crisis about the nature and threat of the danger, leading to unnecessary and preventable deaths?

Also - Catholics make up about 20% of population in the US and the first Catholic President, JFK, was a Democrat. But now it’s disqualifying. Ha. The left really are the most unhinged, mentally deficient group of people the world has ever seen.

Well, since the Senate was simply blocking all judges from Obama at the time, what choice did the6 have?

And thats why we we are going to add new states to the union to balance out the senate more.

She said she was an Orthodox Catholic, whatever that is. Her religion should not affect her being on the court.

Supreme Court is too important , should stay bipartisan 60 vote.

Harry Reid invoked In November 2013, the then-Democratic Senate majority eliminated the filibuster for executive branch nominees and judicial nominees except for Supreme Court nominees because the Senate minority republicans blocked all of Obamas nominees .

Dems are focusing the publics attention on this pro-life women's probable repeal vote for health care. Killing health insurance during a pandemic for tens of millions of Americans should get this court off to a popular start! Hearings should focus on that, not her silly religious devotion.
