did they tell you they participated in insurrections?

You are brain dead if you believe any of this administration’s Jan 6th drivel. . There was no “ insurrection “ and the chance of those protesters taking over the US government was zero.

No.  At this point they're all desk jockeys or retired, not field agents.  Anyway, you've got to be out of your mind if you want to get shot at by drug cartel members while being handcuffed by procedures and rules of non-engagement established by the idiots in the Biden administration.  You might as well put the drug dealers in charge with this administration.

It was but did they know that?  Their testimonies suggest they did not and were hung out to dry.  Most don't seem all that bright.

And thank God for Brave, Altruistic people that stop the lunatics from causing further damage.

Well, we had our last witness Monday.

Final Grand Jury Witness Speaks After Testimony, Says Michael Cohen Is “Far From Solid Evidence”

FTA:

Costello stated that he made the decision to testify despite warnings from others that he had nothing to gain. He wanted to tell the truth to the grand jurors and counter the lies being promoted in the media. Costello suggested that if there is solid evidence to go after Trump, that’s alright – but he believes that Cohen is far from solid evidence.

Costello said, “If you see the full picture, you know, listen, if they want to go after Donald Trump and they have solid evidence, so be it. But Michael Cohn is far from solid evidence.

“This guy, by any prosecutor’s standard, and I used to be deputy chief of the criminal division in the Southern District of New York, I wouldn’t have touched the guy like Michael Cohen, especially if he’s a convicted perjurer,” he continued. “Not to mention, as I said, the 50 to 100 lies he [Cohen] told us that are in those 330 emails.”

If Michael Cohen is all the prosecution has, then they should close up shop. He’s a convicted criminal and liar. While his testimony may help to add context to a more detailed case, he’s too unreliable to carry the case alone.

I would imagine that they have documentary evidence in addition to other more convincing witnesses. Otherwise, this is going to blow up in their faces.

Yeah, they'd have to be pretty dumb to think they'd be able to take over the government without a single weapon.  Much less F-15s and nukes.

Hawk,

They have no intentions of winning the case. Just like they didn’t with the impeachment. They simply want to be able to say they charged him. I have way too much respect for you. Have you learned literally NOTHING?

That’s the straw man argument. Of course these fools weren’t going to occupy the Capitol, install Trump, and then commandeer our armed forces to enforce the coup.
The Plan was more subtle. More cynically clever. Delay the certification of the election. Intimidate Mike Pence into rejecting the certified results. Give time for corrupt fake electoral slates to be certified. Throw the “no majority of electoral votes” election to the House. Let those Republican controlled state delegations vote for Trump. A coup with the veneer of legality, helped along by a mob slowing down the operation of the proper process. Read Eastman’s memo. It’s all right there.

scroll down to the summary of Eastman’s 6-point plan. The rioters caused delay. No one cares about them. Trump himself was embarrassed by their “low class” appearance. He was using them.
And but for Mike Pence (a religious man who apparently took his oath seriously; imagine that) refusing to do Trump’s bidding, we would have had a true constitutional crisis with Trump illegitimately declared President. It came way too close to succeeding.

Is it your belief that the Manhattan DA is moving forward with a case he believes he will lose?

Attorney Robert Costello Speaks Out after Testimony: “It Was Clear to Me the Manhattan Grand Jury Did Not Want to Get to the Truth” (Video)

.

I guess that we had better call ANOTHER witness.

There's Been a Development in the Case Against Trump

The Manhattan grand jury weighing an indictment against former President Donald Trump has reportedly scheduled testimony from another witness on Wednesday, pushing off any decision and delaying a potential indictment against the 45th president

According to a report from Fox News, citing a source in law enforcement, authorities now don't expect a potential arraignment for Trump, if he is indicted, until next week due to testimony from the additional witness whose identity remains unknown.
