Yeah really, another flaw in the officiating I've noticed. I don't watch other games that often, but do they do this with other teams/games as well. Sometimes it seems they blow the whistle to quick and then very noticeably wait forever to blow it when the Bills RB or whoever are in a pile of defenders.
