Did that once for a car which hit me in crosswalk and driver threatened to sue me. Cop showed up and guy complained about damage to car and cop said "Do you want me to write you up a ticket for striking a pedestrian, losing control of vehicle, etc?" He gave me info on driver, insurance and officer's name. Take this info and go to doctor. If his insurance will not pay contact me and I will write tickets for him.
