Did he have to come off PUP to have any eligibility for the season. I could see the Bills putting him on IR after they reach 53. I feel like he should be added to the PS. He was on IR last season and didn't have a proper off-season this year. Former 5th round pick who was thought to be a good value at that point in the draft.
