Not our southern border, of course, but the border between South Korea and North Korea: the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). The trip to the DMZ was the last part of her trip to South Korea. Harris had met with South Korean President Yoon Suk-Yeol to talk about economic and technology partnerships. They also had a “gender equity roundtable.” Because when you have North Korea shooting off ballistic missiles, what you need to concentrate on is gender equity. Harris then began her trip to the DMZ by stopping at the Camp Bonifas Dining Facility and talking with American service members. She looked through binoculars at the border and then gave a speech at Observation Post Ouellette. While there, she made a rather significant mistake during her remarks. She spoke about the “strong alliance” that we had there. But she couldn’t get right who that alliance was with — talking about the alliance that was “strong and enduring” with the “Republic of North Korea.” Yes, indeed, that’s what she said, and here’s the video: This, despite just visiting with the South Korean president. What must South Korea think of the people that we have in charge when they say things like this? But this is consistent with Kamala’s ignorance about our borders. This is not only sad that these are the people that we have representing us on the world stage, but it emboldens our enemies when they see such things. Harris doesn’t even have the excuse of age that Joe Biden has, although Biden said ridiculous things his whole career as well. She also didn’t seem to correct her gaffe. Why not spend money out time and energy building economic and technology partnerships south of OUR border. You want to stem the flow of migrants to our country? Step one. Just say that your thoughts are with everyone who needs our help and move on. But, nope! Kamala even screwed this one up. She is an unbelievably ridiculous person on all levels. Enough already Joe! She says so much that is cringeworthy and just empty filler words thrown up against the wall intending to sound profound. {snip} Just like with Joe Biden, there’s the incoherence, and then there’s the lies — the things that they say just to push their political narrative, even if they’re not true or they’re spinning the facts. That was what Kamala Harris did during her her abortion speech on Sunday. She ranted that some Republicans were promoting a national abortion ban. “How dare they?!” she yelled. Um, because they believe that it’s a life and they dare to protect lives, not to advocate for the killing of unborn babies as she does? She acted like she had the moral high ground there with that Greta Thunberg-like line when she doesn’t. But Harris didn’t leave it there. She was talking about the Declaration of Independence and she left out a very critical part. “We collectively believe and know, America is a promise,” Harris said. “It is a promise of freedom and liberty. Not just some, but for all. A promise we made in the Declaration of Independence, that we are each endowed with the right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Be clear, these rights were not bestowed upon us, they belong to us as Americans.” Kamala just left out the “life” part of that guarantee — that “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” That’s not just a “promise,” those are supposed to be our “unalienable rights.” But she left out “life” because it was inconvenient to the pro-abortion narrative that she was ranting about. It exposed that rant for what it was — depriving that very right to life. Of course, she also left out the “endowed by their Creator” part. But the funny thing in leaving it out is she’s admitting the problem then. By doing so, she’s acknowledging the flaw in her argument — that yes, it’s life.
