Farley is an incredible playmaker and we will absolutely miss him on the field. Gotta respect his decision though. Is this the first domino, opening the opportunity to others or a standalone move?

The national media feels there will be more. I tend to think it won’t be widespread. But interesting to watch.

I know and parsons just made it official. Unlike the nfl there is no deadline so these kids can opt out anytime

Parsons should be alright, but I think Bateman has more to prove, and is taking a risk on his draft stock.

How many of these big names know they are first rounders in the draft right now and have a built in excuse to skip the season and preserve their draft status against a down season, injury, etc.

Already seen it with bowl games and then with Bosa for half a season.   COVID just provides excuse to accelerate the trend.

Tough to disagree with this.

Completely agree.  However there is the chance that other players play and pass them on draft boards.  Burrow was at best a mid round pick at this time last year.  And football guys definitely are the types to penalize you for not playing.

Hot take.  There are way better qbs in the ACC then SeC this year.

You are probably right but their teams are not very good CB, and I am being kind.

Clemson is a great, well coached team but when the playoffs come around other teams are beat up and Clemson coasts in after beating nobodies.
