Exactly why is the league dragging their feet in this to where fans in the stands is decided on a team-by-team basis?

They won't ban fans because they want the revenue in a year of financial uncertainty.

Because the spread of the disease ain't the same in every city? Just maybe?

But then, it kind of is an unfair element.

I liked the Miami Fish idea a few months back of having a 25% filled stadium. Seems doable. Even at 15-20%, it'd be better than zero!

The smart thing to do would be to shut down the country for the next month and kill the spread like New Zealand did, but that won’t happen. Barring that, no fans allowed at sporting events would be a minor sacrifice to make to aid in stopping the spread of COVID. Honestly, it’s like I live above a meth lab these days....

Milton, I almost choked on my water I laughed so hard at the Meth Lab comment.  I’ve already said it.  There won’t be fans in the stands this year.  Some states like my current one will be dumb enough to try 10-15,000 people, most wont follow the rules with masks, distancing etc. and the virus will spike.  Then, each resistant state will change and close down the fans in stadiums.

Im not wrong on this one.  Why people want to go to a mass gathering, where there is no way they can distance in the tunnels, bathrooms, etc.  In what world would anyone want to risk getting sick when they can simply watch it on tv, even with a couple of friends or family.  We should be lucky, we probably will still have games.

They'll still find a way to boo Santa.

Because NFL leadership is an oxymoron.  Goodall is overwhelmed by something as simple as deflategate, hes wishy washy for years.  Ray Rice, Colin Kapernick and Eric Reid.   Goodall is over his head. We need a pragmatic, forward thinking commish who has a brain, and is looking after players and fans best interests, not corporations and bottom line
