"Once Upon a Time in the West" just might be the best Western film ever made.

So many great ones, but that would be my fav on most days. His sheer output was just staggering.

Logic
This is sad, indeed. Morricone was arguably the greatest of all time at what he did. A real loss, but a life extremely well lived. Edited July 7, 2020 by Logic

Hans Zimmer seems to be involved with every movie that comes out these days. James Horner. Alexandre Desplat. Michael Giacchino. Maurice Jarre. Philip Glass. Steve Jablonsky. There are so many good cinema composers! But Ennio was as good as anyone.

Marricone and Williams are two whose songs I still regularly hum or whistle on a regular basis, irrespective of whether or not I’ve seen the associated movies recently. Just brilliant composers. Best Player Available
The Good the Bad and the Ugly. The flick would never have been right without Ennio's surreal music. And of course Clint. A man of immense musical talent.... RIP 1
