We lost most of our cell service in our neighborhood after the 2017 fire (Coffey Park area). I spoke to our cell provider and they said no cell work is imminently planned. 5G is my only hope and everything has stalled because every time a 5G "tower" was installed in a neighborhood...people would come out in droves to complain, resulting in it not being turned on. Santa Rosa was initially supposed to install 112 small cell towers (per 2018 report), but only 25 have been installed thus far (only 6 are operational). This is ludicrous. Just south of San Jose, there is a massive substation, At least 8 years ago someone was shooting at the substation, not with a.22, but something a lot more powerful.
