Let’s hope he gets off somehow and learns a lesson

What is the lesson learned when you find out that there are no consequences (get off)?

Understanding that there ARE consequences for our actions is what keeps us from "running RED lights".

THIS screams "not a process guy".

I suspect he will be on a very short leash with the Bills and McD.

The best ability is AVAILABILITY!

If the gun charge is tossed and he wasn't extremely drunk (didn't look extreme on the video but hard to tell) then we are talking two games.

Is there always a punishment on a first offense? I can’t remember..

That sucks. I would think 2 games. Luckily we couldn't ask for an easier start to our schedule so I'm not too concerned. What an idiot.

How drunk do you have to be to not only be drinking as you drive but leave the can between your legs when you get pulled over.

Was thinking the same about leaving the can there as well.

I have a feeling 4 games is the penalty. Send that message.

I'm hoping/expecting it to be under .15, which is the limit.

well, i am reading between the lines, and only speculation, but according to the attached ESPN link, officer suspects intoxicated by something else than alcohol..not sure if that means in addition to alcohol or instead of alcohol...

And wholy moley, says a "mandatory" blood draw..how in the hell did the Republicans who run that state let that happen?

Highly unlikely it is 2020. The Chris Herndon incident happened on 6 June 2018 and he was suspended the first 4 games of 2019.

For DUI, yes.  Depends on other factors as to whether it's 2 games or 4 games.

Ouch. So stupid in so many different ways.

Hmmm.  Missing 2 games in favor of $6.8M in cap relief...

I saw that but don't know if they can test of the other substances.
