I didn’t realize a 3 word motivational phrase would be considered “revealing tactics”

There is a lot more to it - read the rest of the thread .... you apparently only read my summary

There is not a lot more to it.  There is no tactic.  You're making something out of nothing.

Belicheck's motivational phrase is "Do your job".

It was all clichés and platitudes.  I'm surprised he didn't throw in "I expect everyone to give 110%".

Maybe he is speaking in some sort of code that is intercepted by other HCs?

That includes the guys with the cameras and tire gauges.

Just be thankful they didn't go with Daboll's suggestion 'Full Speed (straight) Ahead'.  Or that leftover from Russ Brandon 'What's Your Sign'?  (Merging Busses Ahead ??)

Belichick's motto was "See you at the parade"

Anyway, maybe McD should just get the 4-pack:

I thought Belichick's motto was:

Dont sweat the petty stuff, just pet the sweaty stuff.

-We're using zoom for virtual meetings.

-Stefon Diggs is a good player based on his production.

-We think Josh Norman can be helpful in our system.

-Continuity is important on the offensive line.

-Beasley is moving to #11 after we got rid of Zones.

Really revealing stuff.

Other teams will now know to double Diggs and not throw Josh Norman's way...he should just shut his mouth!!!

How did the Patriots win 6 Super Bowls when everyone including their my mother knew their motto?  Why wasn't anyone able to crack the code of "Do your job"?

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. never was able to entirely eradicate THRUSH, either.
