In his highlight i see catch radius.  So Diggs, Brown, Beas, Davis, Roberts?

I think those top 4 are locked in unless Davis blows.  I like McKittrick better than Roberts as a PR, KR, and jet sweep specialist.  But it's clear that Roberts, McKittrick, and the Duke are fighting for the 5th and 6th spots.  RayRay and Foster are hanging on by their fingernails.

Called this pick in the other thread...love it!!

As a UCF alum, I have watched him dominate for two seasons...big physical guy, and a hands-catcher with a huge catch radius.

This guy is exactly what the Bills WR group needed!

Go Beane!!!

Finally since who...probably Polian? a guy that can draft...

yes that is his problem. Small route tree and slow in and out of breaks because of lacking knowledge on the nuances of route running. Played in college relying on his god given ability.

I like it. That's a lot of opportunity to develop with the likes of Diggs, Beasley, and Smoke teaching him.

thats why I said the only guys hating this pick are any current Bills WR NOT named Diggs,Beasley or Brown lol...this was that warning shot across the bow saying....we got this guy because we need more from the 4th WR back/down

Just from reading for the past 10 minutes I think some posters have it nailed. He has the perfect build and traits for a highly productive gunner.

He seems very raw outside of that. He does have the skill set to be a WR4 and let Josh toss one up there. Better than Foster? We will

soon out. He is under team control on the cheap for 4 years so Foster should be zooming with Aaron Rodgers and Carson Wentz and the rest of the draft losers.

If he develops based on what I saw from him he will be a top end NO2 WR as a ceiling. I don’t think he is a true No 1 like a lot down here (UCF fans) think.

If the argument is for a physical receiver, why not Gandy? And for that matter, why not Peoples-Jones?

Not saying this is a bad pick, but why not the others?

Maybe the Director Equipment Management, a good friend of Kelly Pegula, convinced Kim “no long hyphenated names”.  A solid cost cutting measure.

Or, it could be because Beane wanted this guy?

Beane liked this guy better.  That's good enough for me.

Not disagreeing with you - it's clear he did, just wondering why.

I liked Peoples-Jones more too but not by much. Also Gandy is cheeks.

Beane thinks hyphenated names bust.

Another reason I like Beane.

Because they had Davis rated higher.  Answer is simple

Right, I get how it happened, but just curious why Davis might edge the other two. I liked Peoples-Jones and Gandy, but don't hate this pick in the least either - all for it, just wondering why we may have gone this route versus others still on the board given what info is out there. Trying to look more into Davis, but wondering what stood out about him more than others if the physical part of the game is what people are saying he's known for.
