He's in California working with Jordan Palmer alongside Sam Darnold and Kyle Allen.

Gotta think Palmer is really heavily invested in the success of these 3 QBs this year especially since he's probably not working much with other rookie QBs

Josh Allen in quarantine with Sam Darnold, Kyle Allen

Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer highlights that Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is engaging in a self-quarantine with New York Jets quarterback Sam Darnold and Washington quarterback Kyle Allen. The group is working with quarterback coach Jordan Palmer and former USC quarterback Matt Lopes.

“The quarterbacks wake up every day and, because all the parks and fields around them are shut down, go throw on the beach by Darnold’s house. After that, they’ll go back to the house, eat lunch, play cards, watch TV, play some more cards and eventually watch movies at night. The biggest problems, really, are losing the chance to work with the rehab guy they’d been using, and fighting boredom.”

I see where this is going... first Darnold tried to give Allen Mono and now he's trying to give him Corona... nice try, Allen doesn't want that tongue down his throat like Brady.

How long did that last, though?

I just find it interesting that Palmer is quarantining with these 3 guys specifically.

Isn’t Palmer’s QB thing based out of California? I don’t think he’s quarantining with them specifically. They probably are just staying closer to him and are now kinda stuck there.

Yeah I think the 3 of them Josh, Kyle, and Darnold rented a place together while they're out there working with Palmer but now with current events the 3 are quarantined together now.

But who's catching the passes?

Allen will be throwing to the ghosts Sam Darnold will be seeing.

Ouch! Definitely need to get that spleen checked after that...

As long as Darnold doesn't get a moment with Tom Hanks they should be ok...

Mono, Corona, HIV and he's on the Jets...geesh is there a virus he doesn't have?!

Not gonna lie, I "caught" a pass like that in high school during flag football.  Even the gym teacher erupted in laughter.

At Casey middle school (8th grade?) we had a gym teacher who used to be an NFL punter. He wanted to show off a bit, and picked me out of the class to go field his punt. He kept saying “no, back up some more, no, keep going, yeah, keep going....”

He BOOMED a punt like I had never seen before! It was one of those cheap Voit plastic balls that was 50% harder than a cinder block! Remember those things? Deadly as a lawn Jart! Well, I still had to back peddle, and I was nervous after being picked to make the catch in front of the whole class.

The good news? I made the catch just fine. The bad news? The tip of that rock hard piece of %^$# ball caught me right on the boney base of my thumb. I had a bone bruise that lasted over 6 months. Ever have a bone bruise? Just bump it and it feel like someone is sticking a needle into your bone. NASTY!

Great story!

In today's world,  a student's parents would sue the school under the same scenario..... and probably win.

My 7th grade soccer coach used to hate it if a player didn't head the ball when it came his way.  The punishment?  He would take the ball, kick it up in the air as high as he could and make the player head it.  After the first time I saw that, I made sure I at least looked like I was trying to head the ball.

Our younger son was a very good soccer player in high school, and could have played in college. I remember all the days where he would take the looooong header and my wife would say “well, there goes another 10 points of his SAT’s!”

Better to be thought incompetent than become dain bramaged!

They're not "in quarantine" which implies being ordered by health authorities to isolate due to exposure

They're just self isolating

Breer makes it sound like an impromptu thing, but Kyle Allen, Josh Allen, and Sam Darnold have been sharing a rental house and working together with Jordan Palmer every off-season since before their draft.

Apparently Kyle Allen's girlfriend Summer Juraszek and Josh Allen's girlfriend Brittany Williams are apparently "besties" according to their Instagrams and Josh has referred to Kyle as "not related by blood but still brothers"

Would have been cool if we got Kyle here to be our backup. But I hope he pushes Haskins in DC for the starting job.
