We will shut you down. We will cite you and if we need to, we will arrest you and we take you to jail. Period. There should be nothing ambiguous about that. Don’t make us treat you like a criminal. But if you act like a criminal and you violate the law, and you refuse to do what’s necessary to save lives in the city in the middle of a pandemic, we will take you to jail. But there is nothing anyone can do to keep churches closed. They are closed now of their own decision, and can open at any time they want, by their own decision. It’s about power and politics; “ safe” and “ safety” have become the most overused terms by lefty politicians. It’s a falsehood, and it’s being used to justify outrageous power grabs. There is no being “ safe” from this (or any other )virus. We won’t be any safer a month or two or six from now than we currently are.
