You will see what the players sees. Obviously this causes issues with play calls and huddles, etc. Imagine watching the Super bowl in 5 years from the QBS helmet. The most popular twitch channels are bringing in a couple hundred thousand viewers. Espots have also become more and more of a thing in the past few years. I don't think it works as a direct sports simulation though, Id rather see the best gamers play games against each other. Watching 2 pro madden guys go at it is pretty entertaining honestly.
