This is a story about how the Redskins should sign the XFL's Cam Phillips. But it also explains why there hasn't been any XFL free agents signed yet. There was a moratorium from one side or the other that ends today.

Parham would be an interesting grab. Raw small school guy who has some upside. I think I remember reading he came to football really late in life, so the rawest of the raw. But an interesting guy.

The easy connection to make is Artis-Payne as a former Carolina draft pick. Not sure he moves the needle.

We think alike. Parham would be a nice pickup for a position the Bills are not set at yet.

Talk about a red zone mis match ... Can't hurt to kick the tires & see what he's got,  Some one in the NFL will !!

I think there will be strong interest for Houston QB PJ Walker, but he'd be great as not just a backup but a useful wildcat player too. But yeah, I like Ta'amu as well.

I like Ta'amu and have brought him up once or twice in other threads. I think he is a great option as the third guy for camp and should have a decent chance of pushing Barkley for the job. His play is closer to Allen than it is to Barkley, which seems ideal for your backup QB.
