Thanks. the question is what GM drafted the most HOFs the role has evolved over the years, even today a GM can be split with other roles George Halas in his role as everything for the Bears for over 4 decades, basically the GM, easily drafted the most HOF players . you can tell me that doesn't count, whatever....
