I have had my weight fluctuate but after my 2nd abdominal hernia my weight shifted and I have never been able to take additional weight off. I cannot exercise like I used to due to my feet which I have unsuccessfully tried to correct via PT and surgery (nobody wants to see the picture again) but if I lost weight my feet would feel better not carrying the weight. Hate the surgery option since I definitely do not heal as fast as I used to but need to do something and diets are no longer effective. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
